Buchenwald, 1945 and 2010

Mr. Burgstahler is a 94 year-old veteran of World War Two, when he was a sergeant under Patton and visited Buchenwald shortly after liberation. He has received honors from the French and German governments for his service in WW2.

He will speak about and show photos of his visits to Buchenwald as a soldier in 1945 and as a ceremonial guest of the German government in 2010.
