Jenny Hansen, a Gopher gymnast from 2000-2003 and a former volunteer assistant coach, finished her third season at the helm for the Gopher women's gymnastics program in 2017.

Under her tenure, the Gophers advanced to the 2016 NCAA Championships as a full team - the first time since 2013.
