He has been running\, leading\, and consulting for small and mid-s ized businesses his entire career. A lifelong learner\, Joel has a Bache lor’s degree in Computer Science\, a Master’s Degree in Theology (he says of himself “I have a bad habit of getting degrees that I don’t use”)\, a nd many shelves full of books in his office.
