Iryna Drobovych is a civil society leader in Ukraine and advocate for gender equality and democracy. She is advising the non-profit Ukrainian Women's Congress on building national and international partnerships and on advocacy related to gender and public policy. I'm advocating for women’s rights and leadership in the context of Russia’s war on Ukraine. Previously, Iryna served as a Government Relations Advisor with the Kyiv Security Forum and Open Ukraine Foundation (2016-2019) and as an Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2014-2016). She holds a BA in International Relations (2008) and an MA in International Strategies and Security (2010).
