Introduction of District 5950 Membership, Public Image and The Rotary Foundation leadership

Breakout rooms for club leaders to learn about roles, best practices and tips for a successful year:

·       President-Elects and Assistant Governors – debrief from PETS, discuss plans for upcoming year

·       Treasurers

·       Administration (tasks usually completed by club secretaries and administrators) - recording attendance and makeups, taking   board minutes, ClubRunner data management, etc.

·       Membership – attracting new members and engaging current members

·       Public Image – branding, social media, publicity

·       The Rotary Foundation – the importance of TRF, raising funds for TRF

·       Fundraising – to support club level projects

·       Community service projects – how to identify local projects, get members engaged and partner with area Rotary clubs and other organizations
