The Edina Morningside Rotary Foundation has responded to many local emergency situations over the past years. We have an opportunity for our club to help those families who lost a loved one in the recent Cedar Riverside fire.  Dan Hunt spoke of our five fellow Twin Citians who lost their lives last Wednesday from smoke inhalation in the Cedar High Apartments in Minneapolis. All five of these individuals lived in Cedar High Apartments which is a rent and income restricted building, meaning the loss to the surviving family members is much more than just the loss of life.  Each family has few monetary resources to rely on.
