Once again, Edina Morningside Rotary Club, Edina Rotaract along with Rotary clubs in District 5950 are making an impact on our communities! 2021 Warm Hands Warm Heads Warm Hearts event was a great success.

On Saturday, October 30th, EMRC and Rotaract members sorted 12,500 pairs of gloves and hats into separate orders for pick up by participating Rotary Clubs. Pictured you see EMRC President Steve May, WHHH Chair Paul Nelson and WHHH Founder Ted Field.

The end result is that Rotary clubs in our district will distribute 12,500 pairs of gloves and hats will be donated by local non-profit organizations to those in need throughout the Twin Cities area.

Kudos to Ted Field who originated the initiative 28 years ago and managed it for 25 years and to Paul Nelson who has taken over as leader.  Over the years, Warm Hands Warm Heads Warm Hearts has donated more than 560,000 pairs of gloves and hats through Rotary clubs in our area.
