Every person, and every company, regardless of how polished and perfect they appear, have a laundry list of problems they need to solve.  Effective leaders must master the ability to solve their own issues, and in this session you will:
•    Learn a simple problem-solving methodology that all leaders can use
•    Practice using the methodology with your peers
•    Leave with tools you can implement in your business the very next day

Presenter Joel Swanson’s passion is helping top business leaders get what they want from their businesses, and in that process transform the lives of the people around them.  He has been running, leading, and consulting for small and mid-sized businesses his entire career.  A lifelong learner, Joel has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s Degree in Theology (he says of himself “I have a bad habit of getting degrees that I don’t use”), and many shelves full of books in his office.  He is a Certified EOS Implementer and certified Lean Office practitioner, and lives in Minneapolis with his wife and three children.

Coffee, juice and breakfast nibbles provided.

These sessions are open to the public. Please invite your friends to join you.

Registration link will be provided.
