A reminder for everyone attending In-Person meetings. Please be diligent with distancing and wearing a mask. Rules for indoor meetings are evolving. It's up to each and every one of us to ensure the safety of ourselves and others around us.

Want to attend in person and are afraid? We are working very hard with Edina Country Club to make it possible for you to attend our meetings in person. Masks are required. Tables are spread apart. Four people at seated at each table. Masks must be worn except when you are eating or drinking.

Edina Morningside Rotary Club will adhere to guidelines established by the Edina Country Club, the city of Edina and our Governor. Safety is our number one priority and we understand that not everyone will feel comfortable attending our in-person meetings. With this in mind, we will continue to offer the virtual meetings via Zoom.

Here are the guidelines that will be attached to all In-Person meeting registrations and linked to In-Person Mask announcement on club website home page. Advance reservations will be required for the In-Person Live meeting.

Edina Country Club Guidelines for In-Person Meeting attendees.
  • We have the Inverness South ballroom reserved. 4 people per table.
  • The room is limited to a total of 40 people.
  • Please be mindful of the 6-foot safety distance during the entire visit.
  • Masks must be worn. When you are not eating or drinking, you must wear a mask. If needed, we will remind you to wear a mask.
  • To slow the spread of COVID-19, Mayor Jim Hovland has signed an Executive Order requiring people to wear face masks inside public spaces in Edina. The exception is facial coverings may be removed while people are eating and drinking. They should be put back on when leaving the table for any reason. ECC service staff will wear masks and gloves full-time. If you do not bring a mask, we will have one for you.  We will also have plenty of hand sanitizers.
