The next Vocation/Avocation Happy Hour is Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  5:30 to 7:00 p.m. meet and greet.
 
Our speaker and host will be Ted Goltzman, Commonwealth Development Corporation Vice President of Development. He works with local and state agencies, community partners and private lenders and investors to develop affordable housing facilitating all aspects of the development process from site selection, financial structuring, construction, and project lease-up.
