Lisa's bio from her LinkedIn page: As a residential mortgage originator (loan officer) I am licensed to originate loans in both Minnesota and Florida, I take great pride in providing superior customer service. I support my clients’ financial goals by selecting (from among 40+ lenders) the rate, term and product that will best serve their needs, at a highly competitive rate. Timeliness is hugely important to my clients, and to me. In my ten years as mortgage originator, I have never missed a closing date. This record is attributable, in part, to my work ethic. When I commit to be part of a client’s team, I work tirelessly to assure that the financing comes in on time. My analytical skills, deep knowledge of the industry and my personal relationships with underwriters are other key factors that allow me to shift gears quickly to “save” a closing if we experience a roadblock with a particular lender. My superior customer service and my professionalism have allowed me the pleasure of serving many of my clients repeatedly over the years.

I am highly analytical and I love working with numbers. Sleuthing out what will best serve my clients’ needs engages my brain like working a puzzle. But what brings meaning to the solving of the puzzle of the ideal loan product and parameters, is the people I work with and for. I am builder of meaningful personal relationships and trust, both in my business and personal life. In addition to the pleasure of parenting my three school-aged sons, I actively involve myself in charitable activities and fundraising to make my community a better place. Prior to developing my mortgage lending business, I was a management consultant and doctoral student.
